Gosh it's been too long since I posted, I've had an up and down kind of few days small loss here staying the same there.
As of today I've lost 17. 5lbs ( I think )
Starting weight - 12st exactly
New weight - 10st 10.5lbs
I'm very happy with the results so far. Hoping for some more good losses over the next few days.
