Well this is it the end of an era (or 6 weeks heehee)
Its DD44 and after i thought the weight loss was slowing i got a wopping 1.5lbs loss, which takes my total loss to 26.5lbs (12kg)
Its been a tough 6 weeks, well a few days are tougher than others. And yes i had the odd blip, and a massive blow out weekend in the middle, gaining 4lb ;)
But everything has been worth it, the results and the way i feel about how im doing is just amazing.
I have had great support and for that i am truely grateful xx
Starting Weight - 12 stone exactly
New Weight - 10st 1.5lbs
Well thats it, diet days over...... im a little sad if im honest, So whats next you may well ask. Lots of toning and maintenance slowly introducing different foods back into my diet, that in DD's are a complete no no.
