Morning morning
Well i made it through DD1
I made the huge mistake of thinking "I've done this before this will be easier this time"
I was wrong, yet again my brain was used to having a snack when i wanted, and eating what i want when i want.
Moody doesn't even come close to describe me when i'm hungry. I'm a complete nightmare.....
But we made it, even with some screaming and going to bed at 9.30pm lol
During the night the "fat fairies" have been and taken 2.25lbs... thank you fat fairies!!!!!
Long may it continue x
Starting weight - 10st 5.75lbs (66.1kg)
New Weight - 10st 3.5lbs (65kg)
Going to take some measurements today too so will update with them each week x
Good luck to all the dieters and get fitters....laterz baby
